How Yulenia collects, uses and protects information when you read, contact us or order.

1. Information you choose to send
Depending on the feature, you may send a name, birth date and time, birthplace, coordinates, email, phone, contact message or order details. You do not need to enter information unrelated to the purpose you chose.
Reading results are calculated in the browser session and are not treated as a professional profile about you.
2. How it is used
Information is used to produce the result you request, reply to a contact, confirm an order, improve the experience and keep the service technically safe. Yulenia does not sell personal data or use birth data for automated decisions beyond the feature you chose.
3. Email and providers
If SMTP is configured, a contact or order message may be delivered to the destination set in the server configuration. If SMTP is not enabled, the form shows a mailto link for you to send from your own email app.
The website may use cookies or technical storage needed for language, admin sessions and basic functions. It does not add advertising trackers merely to create a feeling of personalization.
4. Retention and deletion
Yulenia keeps contact information for as long as needed to reply and operate the service, then deletes or anonymizes it when appropriate. You can ask to review, correct or delete information you sent by contacting us.
5. Security and limits
We use reasonable measures such as input validation, form limits and keeping user data out of public page content. No transmission method is absolutely secure; avoid sending passwords, card numbers or detailed medical information.
